✔️ Validate resumes for work experience, licensing, and compliance.
✔️ Ensure high conversion rates from candidate submission to successful placement.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven expertise in US healthcare recruitment.
🔹 Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
🔹 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
🔹 Familiarity with healthcare licensing and compliance requirements.
