Role Overview:

The Process Developer – Coordinators role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to global leaders. You will be responsible for managing their calendars, arranging travel, organizing meetings, and coordinating logistics. Your role will ensure seamless execution of tasks and assist leaders in managing their day-to-day responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

As a Process Developer – Coordinators, your duties will include:

  • Calendar Management: Handle scheduling conflicts for leaders, set up internal and external meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Manage flight, hotel, and cab bookings, ensure compliance with international travel policies, handle visa applications, and other travel-related tasks like forex and insurance.
  • Meeting Coordination: Book meeting rooms, video conferencing rooms, hotels, and arrange logistics for town halls and other gatherings.
  • Expense Management: Submit reimbursements, upload bills, and assist with corporate card limit requests.
  • Event Management: Organize celebrations like birthdays, anniversaries, and coordinate logistics for these events.
  • Corporate Liaison: Act as a point of contact between global leaders and local employees, especially for international travels.
  • On-Site Coordination: Work with local teams for onsite logistical needs and assist in arranging accommodations and meals as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Preferred Qualification: Master’s degree is an advantage, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with corporate tools such as Concur for travel and expense management.
  • Flexibility to manage tasks in a global, cross-cultural environment.
