Role Overview
As an Engineer I specializing in Chat Data Analysis and Natural Language Processing (NLP), you’ll be instrumental in improving our chatbot’s functionality and user experience. Your core responsibilities include:
- Chat Data Analysis: Utilize advanced techniques to identify hidden use cases, detect anomalies, and extract actionable insights from chat data.
- Python Development: Build and maintain scalable, efficient Python code to add new features and functionalities.
- NLP Pipeline Development: Enhance NLP pipelines to optimize the chatbot’s understanding and response accuracy.
- Kibana Dashboards: Create engaging visual dashboards in Kibana for data visualization, providing stakeholders with quick insights.
- Splashboard UI Development: Contribute to the user interface development of the Splashboard, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Prompt Tuning: Assist in refining chatbot prompts using chat data insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in chat data analysis, NLP, and Python development.
- Proficient in Python and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Kibana.
- Solid knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow or Rasa.
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch and similar technologies.
- Prior experience in SaaS or tech startups.
