About the Role
It’s still Day 1 at Amazon IN Payments, and we are building an innovative suite of rendering technologies to standardize UX components across Amazon Pay pages. PayUI is a greenfield initiative offering an opportunity to design and develop reusable UX components that power seamless payment experiences.
As a Software Development Engineer I, you will be part of a new team developing a large-scale, tier-1 rendering platform. This system will serve as the backbone for Amazon Pay, ensuring a smooth and unified user experience.
Your Role & Responsibilities
✔️ Work on a scalable rendering platform supporting all Amazon Pay pages
✔️ Design, develop, and optimize UX components for high-traffic payment systems
✔️ Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and client teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
✔️ Contribute to all phases of the software lifecycle, from ideation to deployment
What We’re Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
✅ 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
✅ Experience programming with at least one software language
Preferred Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
