Role and Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager – Front End (React), you will:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain React.js applications.
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, ensuring high coding standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and product managers.
- Implement best practices in responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Work with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries to build scalable applications.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across various browsers and platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.) or a related field.
- Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level (4+ years in front-end development).
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in front-end architecture and best practices.
- Knowledge of Redux, TypeScript, and Webpack.
- Hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Next.js and SSR (Server-Side Rendering).
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to Performance optimization and SEO-friendly front-end development.
