Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of ~500 Udemy Business clients

  • Be the go-to platform expert and client advisor

  • Lead onboarding, reviews, renewals, and upsell conversations

  • Monitor engagement and identify churn risks or upsell opportunities

  • Relay user feedback to improve platform features

  • Support internal success initiatives and team projects


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS, customer success, sales, or consulting

  • Great communicator with attention to detail

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a bonus

  • Adaptable, fast learner, and proactive mindset
