📌 Key Responsibilities:

Make collection calls to customers and manage invoice sharing via email, fax, or mail

Identify and correct unidentified cash and manage full-cycle cash application

Reconcile customer books by validating credits and debits

Handle customer disputes, follow-ups, and interdepartmental coordination

Ensure timely and accurate Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR)
