As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will engage with customers to ensure they gain maximum value from Adobe’s powerful suite of Digital Media products. From Creative Cloud to Adobe Sign and Frame.io, you’ll lead value-led conversations and help clients expand their usage effectively.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Adobe’s Digital Media solutions

  • Establish and nurture value-based relationships with SMB clients

  • Prioritize accounts with high buying potential to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Execute follow-ups on marketing-qualified leads within defined SLAs

  • Research accounts using tools like LinkedIn and ZoomInfo to identify growth opportunities

  • Maintain and update opportunity pipelines with accuracy

  • Collaborate with solution specialists to expand adoption of new Adobe services

  • Assist with customer queries related to Creative Cloud subscriptions in coordination with internal teams

Who You Are:

  • Someone with a consultative mindset and relationship-building skills
