- System and Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement changes to systems and processes to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of delivery to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Research Analysts, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of processes, quickly resolving any issues that arise, and driving technology and process enhancements.
- Risk Management and Controls: Adhere to high standards of risk management, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules, regulations, and codes of conduct.

- Impact and Influence: Contribute to the work of related teams within the area, influencing decision-making processes and improving the overall functioning of the team.

Requirements:
