π― What Youβll Do as a CSAM
β¨ Own and manage relationships with Adobeβs SMB clients in North America
π Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Adobe Cloud-based products
π Analyze client behavior and sales cues to guide them toward relevant solutions
π Engage via phone, email, and digital platforms to enhance the customer journey
π Manage sales pipelines, update forecasts, and ensure a smooth client experience
π Collaborate with support, marketing, and solution specialists to drive retention
β What Youβll Need

3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Prior experience selling SaaS solutions preferred

Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn
