The AGI Data Services team is a global Machine Intelligence Data Services organization supporting a broad spectrum of cutting-edge technologies, including Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Entity Resolution, Text-to-Speech (TTS), and Question Answering.
As a Systems Development Engineer (SysDev Engineer), you will design and deliver efficient, scalable technology solutions to tackle complex business challenges for AGI customers. You’ll address architectural gaps, solve ambiguous problems, and develop systems that drive innovation across teams. From designing pragmatic solutions to improving operational excellence, your work will directly influence the evolution of AI-powered technologies.
This role requires a passion for customer-focused innovation, the ability to operate autonomously, and strong skills in system design, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design & Problem-Solving
- Develop and deliver scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective technology solutions.

Basic Qualifications
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with infrastructure automation, deployment, and support.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
