πΌ Key Responsibilities
πΉ Manage daily Last Mile operations, ensuring smooth outbound deliveries.
πΉ Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics while controlling costs.
πΉ Monitor safety, productivity, and quality of team members.
πΉ Implement Amazon policies fairly and consistently.
πΉ Conduct 4M and 5S audits to maintain operational standards.
πΉ Act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when needed.
πΉ Oversee shift management throughout the day.
π Basic Qualifications
β
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
β
Bachelorβs degree in any relevant field.
β
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
β
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β Preferred Qualifications
πΉ 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
πΉ Strong leadership and team management skills.
πΉ Experience working in high-paced operational environments.
