Position Overview: Engineer I
We’re seeking a skilled Engineer I with expertise in chat data analysis and natural language processing (NLP) to elevate our chatbot’s performance and user engagement. In this role, you’ll work on cutting-edge technologies, enhancing system capabilities, and driving actionable insights from chat data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chat Data Analysis: Analyze chat data to uncover use cases, detect anomalies, and extract meaningful insights.
  • Python Development: Develop and maintain Python-based solutions to build scalable features and optimize system performance.
  • NLP Pipeline Enhancement: Improve chatbot understanding and response accuracy through advanced NLP pipelines.
  • Kibana Dashboards: Design intuitive dashboards in Kibana for chat data visualization, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • UI Development: Collaborate on the development of the Splashboard UI to ensure seamless user interactions.
  • Prompt Optimization: Fine-tune chatbot prompts for enhanced engagement and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NLTK and spaCy.
    • Experience with Kibana or similar visualization tools.
    • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Preferred:
    • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
    • Experience with chatbot platforms like Dialogflow or Rasa.
    • Knowledge of Elasticsearch and related technologies.
    • Background in SaaS or tech startups.
