Job Summary:
Axis Bank is seeking enthusiastic Telesales Associates to join our team. As a Digital Officer (DO) in our outbound tele-sales voice process, your role will focus on engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our digital products and services, and driving sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, with or without sales experience, who have strong communication skills in English and Hindi or English and at least two regional languages. Freshers with a passion for sales and customer engagement are also encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of graduation is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi or English and at least two regional languages.
  • Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or any BPO domain is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates from banking processes, international BPO voice processes, or financial services BPO are welcome.
  • Background: Open to all backgrounds; experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Tele-Sales Environment: Willingness to work in an outbound tele-sales environment.
  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work day shifts from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce digital products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the organization.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, address their queries, and provide relevant product information.
  • Sales Records: Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques through training sessions and self-learning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and sales managers to refine sales strategies.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards during all sales interactions.
  • Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the management team about customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Verbal Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi or English and at least two regional languages.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
  • Sales Skills: Persuasive skills to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills with familiarity in using CRM software.
  • Target-Driven: Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and customer requirements.
  • Positive Attitude: Resilience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment.
