Your Role as a Telesales Executive
As a Telesales Executive, you’ll play a key role in generating leads, engaging customers, and closing deals. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Present and promote products or services to meet customer needs.
- Close deals effectively, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring trust and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Uphold company policies and ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in B2C or retail settings.
- A results-driven mindset with the motivation to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
