Exciting Opportunity: Human Resources Compliance Manager.

We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance Manager to join our team and ensure 100% HR statutory compliance for both on-roll and outsourced staff. If you’re a proactive professional passionate about maintaining legal standards and fostering organizational compliance, this role is for you!

Job Purpose:

To oversee and ensure complete statutory compliance for employees and outsourced staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end statutory compliance for all on-roll and outsourced employees.
  • Conduct periodic audits of establishment and vendor records.
  • Ensure timely renewal of CLRA RC and Shops & Establishment registrations.
  • Prepare and submit periodic returns to statutory authorities.
  • Handle advocacy for legal notices and draft responses for authorities.
  • Organize awareness sessions on statutory compliance when required.
  • Maintain and document all statutory records.
  • Update and track the HR Compliance Dashboard monthly and collaborate with stakeholders for timely resolution.
