The Opportunity: Project Analyst – NAT – PAS WKFA – CNS – PC – Performance

As a Project Analyst at EY, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Excellence

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 2 to 12 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within an international voice process. As a Project Analyst, your main responsibility is to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. You should be comfortable speaking with clients in a neutral, professional tone.
  • Problem Solving & Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills are crucial for managing complex issues and maintaining a positive client experience.

2. Skills and Attributes Required for Success

This role will demand adaptability and resilience to provide the best client support. Here are some essential skills:

  • Voice Role Focus: Your role will primarily involve handling client queries and issues over the phone, so familiarity with voice-based customer service is essential.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identifying upselling opportunities during client interactions and smoothly integrating them is a critical part of the role. An ability to read client needs and suggest relevant products or services will make you stand out.
  • Sales Pitch Flexibility: Adaptability and flexibility to tailor your sales approach based on individual client interactions and responses.
  • Inbound Operations: Handling incoming client calls and responding to customer inquiries swiftly.
  • Customer-Focused: You should prioritize customer satisfaction by actively listening to client concerns, offering effective solutions, and ensuring follow-through on their requests.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have:
