🔍 Job Responsibilities:

As an Order Process Developer at Genpact, you will:

• Identify and resolve customer/client queries while driving strategies to meet key business goals.

• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and process controls for any identified issues.

• Manage Order to Cash (OTC) operations with a strong focus on end-to-end order management.

• Identify account-related issues and communicate them effectively with management.

• Build strong customer relationships, providing confidence and timely support.

• Communicate any technical issues to IT staff for resolution.

• Meet daily and monthly operational targets regarding turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy.

✅ Requirements:

• Any Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA

• In-depth knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) processes.

• Understanding of Order Management and related upstream/downstream workflows.

• Familiarity with various order types and “Pair partner function”.

• Good typing speed and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work strategically with attention to detail.

• Experience in handling client/customer queries will be an added advantage.
