💼 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and designers to build enterprise-grade software

• Manage the full application lifecycle: concept ➡️ design ➡️ development ➡️ testing ➡️ deployment ➡️ support

• Develop and maintain Java-based backend services

• Work on integrating Business Intelligence (BI) tools with relational and OLAP data sources (MDX/XMLA/SQL)

• Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and adoption of new technologies

• Stay updated with industry trends and new tools

✅ Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong proficiency in Java

• Hands-on experience with SQL, MDX, XMLA, OLAP and relational databases

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, JIRA, etc.)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like RedHat OCP, Kubernetes, Docker

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

• Comfortable working in a large, matrixed organization

💡 Preferred Experience

• Integration of BI tools with SAP/BW and BW/4HANA

• Development and maintenance of OLAP assets (cubes, queries, test cases)

• Experience with SAP server upgrades and administration

• Familiarity with automated testing and high code coverage strategies
