Key Responsibilities:

• Translate Functional to Technical: Convert complex functional requirements into clear technical specifications and implement effective development strategies.
• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated systems using the latest technologies and best practices.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable applications.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and open-source tools to enhance existing solutions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with technology and business teams to create efficient and robust solutions.
• Issue Management: Lead the bug triage process and report product delivery status to management and stakeholders.
• Production Support: Address and resolve tech production issues at the plant by coordinating with warehouse supervisors and operational staff.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fundamentals: Basic understanding of computer science concepts.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Java, MySQL, and web applications.
• Communication: Ability to interact with operational teams to identify issues and communicate them effectively to the core development team.
