Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a network of agency partners to drive debt collections in the region.
- Plan and execute effective recovery strategies to meet monthly targets while guiding and motivating agencies and field teams.
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and supervise agency activities to ensure compliance.
- Train and guide agencies to align with performance goals and maintain ethical collection practices.
- Generate insights and solutions for operational efficiency from on-ground experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in Business, Sales, Operations, or Collections, preferably with tech startups or leading FMCGs.
- Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, vendor management experience, and local language proficiency.
- Qualities: Analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a collaborative management style.
