Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding for IT roles across Europe.
Talent Sourcing
- Use platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, and social media to attract top IT professionals.
Market Research
- Stay updated on European employment trends, industry standards, and best practices.
Compliance
- Ensure all hiring processes align with local employment laws and regulations.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to deliver a positive hiring experience.
Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics and regularly update management on progress and challenges.
Requirements
Experience
- 1-2 years of proven IT recruitment experience, focusing on the European market.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with European employment laws and cultural nuances.
Skills
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in English (additional European languages are a bonus).
Tools
- Expertise in ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
