Job Overview:
Small Steps IT Solutions is looking for a motivated Selenium Tester to join our payroll team. You will be responsible for designing and executing automated tests to ensure our payroll software meets high performance and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Perform functional, regression, and system testing.
- Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and testing scenarios.
- Report and track defects for resolution.
- Contribute to test automation framework development and process improvement.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in automation testing (Selenium).
- Familiarity with Java programming.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Budget: ₹500,000 INR (Maximum)
