| QUALIFICATION & EXPRIENCE | Qualified Engineer/ MBA or Surveyor ( Or Equivalent to be Qualified to undertake preparation of contact documents) with at least 10 years experience on procurement issues related to goods and services . Adequate Knowledge of the Lending Organizations and Lending organizations guidelines. He/She should have Knowledge of government rules and regulations, procedures and guidelines Candidate having experience in sewerage Management Project will be preferred The maximum age of candidate should not exceed 50 years from the date of this advertisement. |
| REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTIES | Manage the procurement process for goods and works and non- consulting services according to procurement plan and the state procurement rules/ World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines/ KFW Procurement Guidelines that includes :- (i) Assist the agency in preparing the technical specification of goods/ works (ii) Assist in advertising of the invitation for Bids/Quotation (iii) Identify the sources of supply, evaluate the eligibility and qualification is order to prepare the list of suppliers/ contractors for contact procured using shopping in consultation with agency (iv) Prepare bidding documents / request for quotations. bid/ quotations evaluation reports, contact conditions etc Prepare the annual procurement plan for all purchasing and procurement activities needed by the project Monitor and support partner in project activities, especially related to procurement. |
