- Production Support & Issue Resolution:
- Handle production issues (Tier 2 support) with a focus on meeting SLAs.
- Analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner.
- Client & Stakeholder Interaction:
- Ensure smooth and timely project delivery by consistently interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Gather and clarify client requirements for better quality output.
- Provide regular feedback and updates to stakeholders on project progress.
