Indian Bank Recruitment 2024:Eligibility Requirements
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 20 and 30 years old.
- Educational Qualification: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field from a university recognized by the Government of India or an equivalent qualification.
- Language Proficiency: Applicants must be proficient in the local language of the state they are applying to (reading, writing, and speaking). A proficiency test will be conducted as part of the selection process, and failure to pass this test will lead to disqualification.
Indian Bank Recruitment 2024: Salary and Benefits
- Pay Scale (Scale 1):
- Starting Salary: ₹48,480
- Annual Increments: ₹2,000 for the first seven years, followed by ₹2,340 for the next two years, and ₹2,680 for the following seven years.
- Maximum Salary: ₹85,920

Experience-Based Increments

However, experience in subsidiaries of Scheduled Commercial Banks will not qualify for this benefit and will not count towards service seniority.
