Applications for the post of a Data Analyst and a Research Assistant under RIS/FITM Project on Medicinal Plants
RIS invite applications from young or dynamic and well qualified Applicant with highly skilled communication and writing quality for appointments to the given posts of i) Data Analyst, and ii) Research Assistant for its research project on ‘Structuring, Analysis and Research Studies of Medicinal Plants Data submitted under Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, Scheduled T (a)’.
1. Research Assistant
Academic Qualification: M.Sc. in Botany or Master of Pharmacy with specialization in Pharmacognosy
Desirable: Proficiency in knowledge of medicinal plants pertaining to AYUSH industry
Remuneration: Rs. 63,000/- per month, all inclusive
Initially, the appointment would be for one year, including a probation period of three months. The tenure could be extended after a comprehensive review of performance.
2. Data Analyst:
Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in Computer Applications/Statistics/ Economics
Desirable: Proficiency in data cleaning, analysis and website design and working with Stata and Tableau
Remuneration: Rs. 63,000/- per month, all inclusive
The appointment would be for one year, including a probation period of three months. The term may be extended depending on the project requirements.
Eligible and shortlisted candidates would be called for interview by the RIS Selection Committee as soon as possible. The decision of the Selection Committee would be final.
