About the job
Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology is seeking an Education Program Manager for it’s B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering Programme.
S/He will be responsible for managing educational program that will include role both as an academic and administrator. The Program Manager will work directly in co-ordination with Top Management to ensure academic delivery of highest quality along with constant student support. The Education Program Manager will be instrumental in shaping an outcome oriented learning environment by supporting the creation and implementation of clear and transparent policies and procedures.
The work also includes co-ordinating with and managing teams for admission, outreach, marketing, training, events and placements.
Responsibilities
- Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for B.Tech CSE Programme
- Ensure high quality academic delivery
- Plan and execute supplemental student training in co-ordination with the Placement Cell
- Monitor student feedback and ensure student satisfaction
- Promotion of Programme through outreach activities and internal/ external events
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing Team to ensure effective inbound and digital marketing
- Coordinate with Admissions and Marketing Team to improve quality of student selection
- Coordinate with Career Development Cell for updated Training & Placement Activities
- Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program
- Facilitate communication between relevant teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferably B.Tech
- 5+ years of experience in Administrative Capacity in an Educational Enterprise
- Strong communication, organisational, analytical and critical thinking skills
