1. Head – Special Projects (2 positions)
We are looking for individuals with a postgraduate qualification and 12-15 years of leadership experience in skill development projects within the Textile and Apparel industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including plant leadership, to assess manpower demand-supply gaps.
- Engaging with government departments, procuring orders, establishing training infrastructure, hiring teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of skilling projects.
- Monitoring the progress of trained students in terms of productivity and retention, working closely with plant teams.
- Overall accountability for the P&L of such projects and their outcomes.
These positions are based in Ahmedabad, and we are looking for candidates for both Textile and Apparel Projects.
2. Learning Experience Enhancement Specialist (2 positions)
We seek professionals with a graduate/postgraduate degree and 12-15 years of experience in either plant production operations in the Textile & Apparel industry or training experience in senior positions within the industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing program curricula based on various plant requirements.
- Recruiting trainers and ensuring their training and certification.
- Ensuring the seamless conduct of training programs to achieve desired learning outcomes.
- Training and certifying students.
- Providing support to students/trainees during their initial year of operational experience in the plant.
- Reskilling trainees as needed.
One position will be based in Ahmedabad for Textile, and the other in Patna/Bhubaneshwar for Apparel. We are specifically seeking professionals with extensive experience in the Textile/Apparel industry.
