The role involves:-
1. International recruitment over chat process for the Philippines
2. Designing simple and effective job posts to attract the right talent
3. Screen incoming resumes
4. Interview candidates via phone and video
Only candidates with strong command over communication skills, bachelor graduate degree holders, and desire to build their career in Human Resources, can apply.
Experience – 3 to 6 months professional experience preferred, BMS/BMM/BA
CTC – 2-2.5 lacs.
