Roles and Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management:
- Ensure the availability of all necessary logistics and material support for training sessions organized by DCC.
- Printing & Stock Management:
- Coordinate the timely dispatch of orders received from various offices and the Head Office.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches.
- R&R (Rewards and Recognition):
- Manage Annual Awards and contests for DCC.
- Ensure timely printing and distribution of awards with 100% accuracy, adhering to the allocated budget for various accounts – Annual, Quarterly, and Impact Events.
- Liaison and Coordination:
- Collaborate with procurement, vendors, content team, and patch owners for the rollout of new or updated contents.
- Process Design:
- Develop end-to-end processes for reporting data, specifying frequency, and identifying stakeholders.
- Team Oversight:
- Supervise the performance of training operations teams, ensuring adherence to service level standards.
- Process Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvements in processes to enhance internal synergies.
- Build strong relationships across business and corporate functions.
- Operational Risk Controls:
- Ensure adherence to operational risk controls in critical processes.
- Oversee the implementation of improvement opportunities to enhance risk mitigation.
- Coordination with Finance:
- Collaborate with the Finance team for timely vendor payments.
