Experience: A minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in coordinating, monitoring, or implementing large-scale power projects within the Power Distribution Sector.
For Project Coordinator (Management):
Educational Qualification: A graduation degree in any discipline, preferably in engineering, and a full-time MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification. Experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years and up to 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in HR/HRD, preferably in the power sector. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in HR/HRD, preferably in the power sector.
Tenure of PFC Recruitment 2023:
PFC Recruitment 2023 offers engagement on a contract basis. Successful candidates will initially be contracted for a period of 2 years or until the completion of the RDSS, whichever occurs earlier. Contract extensions may be granted for 6-month increments on each occasion, not exceeding a total of 4 years and 6 months under the same contract.
Location of Assignment for PFC Recruitment 2023:
As per the official notification for PFC Recruitment 2023, selected candidates will be placed at various locations across India, including the headquarters of Discoms / Power Departments and PFC offices.
