Minimum qualifications

  • 7 years of work experience in consulting, HR, or business operations

As a Program Manager, you will help the People Partner team move faster, make better decisions, and provide better support and experiences for our customers. You’ll be responsible for improving the execution of our People Partner team and contribute to ensuring smooth execution of critical programs to our business functions, and streamlining the processes for implementation of our cyclical programs like performance reviews and talent planning. This role is a part-time role and can be remotely located within APAC.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and deliverables across multiple workstreams to produce a seamless and integrated experience for customers in APAC.
  • Operate core operations such as meetings and off-sites, people plan alignment, and other people operations related objective key results efficiently.
  • Identify issues across the customer organization, and create high-impact programs and/or processes to solve them through collaboration with partner teams.
  • Manage annual strategic/business planning process in coordination with partner teams, and help to translate the strategy into action by working with functional partners.
  • Lead, facilitate, and integrate HR programs service delivery across the organization in APAC, and work closely with in-region and functional People Partners and Center of Excellence (COE) partners. Support execution of HR processes such as performance reviews, job architecture implementation, talent planning, and annual planning for the team.
